SHIPPING & RETURNS +
US only. Shipping is $10 per order. Orders are fulfilled by House of Nawel from Florida and dispatch within 5 business days; carrier transit time is additional.
Returns & exchanges. All sales are final except eligible size exchanges, the unavailable-size returns described below, and remedies for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Size-exchange eligibility. Request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. The jacket must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags attached. Contact us before sending anything back.
Size-exchange shipping. For an approved size exchange, you pay the postage to return the original jacket and the postage to send the replacement size. We’ll confirm availability and the replacement shipping cost before you return it.
If your replacement size is unavailable. For an eligible size exchange, if your requested replacement size is unavailable, we offer a refund of the jacket price after receiving it unworn, unwashed and with its original tags attached. The original $10 shipping charge is not refunded. You pay the return postage.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If your jacket arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to understand what happened. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and explain any return steps. House of Nawel covers the necessary return and replacement shipping for a confirmed issue.
Delivery problems. If tracking shows a delay, loss, misdelivery or another delivery problem, contact us with your order reference so we can review the tracking and the case with you before deciding the solution. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
